| the wedge express is a factory lightweight 1964 plymouth belvedere. equipped from the factory with aluminum fenders, hood and scoop to do battle in the factory super stock wars of the 1960’s. this is a factory max wedge super stocker originally equipped with the stage III plymouth max wedge super stock engine. this potent combination was run from 1964 through 2006. this combination ran best elapsed times of 9.8’s @ 135mph in ss/da and ss/ea. today the car has been converted to a super stock hemi and elapsed times are expected to dip into the 8 second zone with mph in excess of 150. |
